Personal Journey Programs
An ongoing monthly community for those committed to their Living Upward path.
The Stay True Community is a supportive space in which we explore and deepen our Living Upward experience. Each month we focus on a theme from The Guide to Living Upward — practicing, reflecting, and journaling between sessions. Join anytime for 12 months of continuing growth and expanding community.
When: Last Wednesday of each month, 7:00pm ET

Cost: $240 annual membership

A personal journey into the heart of Living Upward.
Embark on your Living Upward journey with this multi-week introduction to The Guide to Living Upward and the tools and resources to get you started. You'll discover the truth of who you are, how to meet life's challenges with grace, and create more joy, purpose, and connection every day.

An immersive in-person experience rooted in ancient wisdom traditions.
This intimate retreat offers a safe and sacred space to get reacquainted with the true you. In this small, interactive, and experiential setting you'll discover that you're ready to shine and to live every day with a deeper sense of self-awareness, kindness, and connection to life itself.

Professional Path Programs
For coaches, counselors, and helping professionals.
In Level Two, familiar Living Upward themes are grouped into modules that demonstrate the fluid and organic wholeness of Living Upward. We dive deeper into neurophysiology and quantum science, and expand our awareness of spirit and its essential importance in Living Upward.
When: Every other Monday, August 24 – November 16, 2026, 6:30–8:50pm ET
Where: Online
Cost: $720 (or two installments of $360)
For certified Living Upward Guides ready to deepen their practice.
In this intensive practicum we focus on deepening client interactions using Living Upward resources and tools, integrating techniques through current case studies, and creating a unique service model to guide your practice.

A program for EANE Employee Appreciation Month.
Join us for a guided, interactive session exploring how to let go of the struggles that can keep us stuck. What if you could quiet the "opponent" — whether it's the voice in your own head or someone in your life — and create more choice in how you respond? Come ready to reflect, share, and learn as we explore how to move through challenging moments with greater clarity and decide how we want to navigate what comes next.
